Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
